2 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh Thyme

Pork Tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º


1. No amounts given because you put in the ingredients to your taste.

2. Pat Pork Tenderloin dry with paper towels and place in a rectangular baking dish. Cut about four angled slits in to the top of the loin. Place garlic that you've peeled and crushed with the back of your knife or mallet into the slits. I use 2- 3 cloves, depending on the size.


3. Drizzle the top with Balsamic Vinegar and then the Olive Oil.

4. Chop fresh Rosemary and Thyme and sprinkle atop of the loin. You can use dry Rosemary and Thyme as well.

5. Bake at 400º for about 20 - 30 minutes, depending on the size of the loin,
