1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. Quick Oats
1 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, cream 1 c. butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, and 1 tsp. salt. Stir in oats. Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Over low heat, melt condensed milk, chocolate chips, remaining butter and salt. Stir until smooth and add remaining vanilla. Pat ⅔ oat mixture on a greased baking sheet. Spread chocolate mixture over dough. Dot with remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350 25-30 minutes.
