⅓ cup Teriyaki sauce
⅓ cup vinegar (red wine or rice vinegar)
⅓ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
⅓ cup salad oil (canola, olive or vegetable)
tsp pepper
tsp garlic powder
tsp seasoned salt (like Lawry's)
3 - 4 lbs. of chicken, cut into chunks



Served with :

Steamed rice
Canned pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ALL ingredients into a 10" or 12" skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer (low) and cook 20 - 30 minutes. Serve over steamed rice and you can add canned pineapple to serve.
