cup oil (canola, olive, vegetable....)
2 cloves garlic, minced
cup wine vinegar
cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger
3 Tbsp. chopped onion

2 - 4 lbs flank steak ( or any steak!)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the steak, and pour into a large zip lock baggie along with the steak or into a large baking type dish to them marinate your steak in. Marinate at least 4 hours, all day is really best. Remove from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling.

The first time i made this marinate i made it for two large flank steaks knowing that for the four of us it would be plenty for me to have leftovers for antother meal. It was so good......there was not a sliver of meat left!
