4 lb. pork roast
2 12 oz. bottle IBC Root Beer
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
Hamburger Buns
salt and pepper

Optional: cole slaw and pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt and pepper all over pork. Place in crock pot on low. Add two bottle of Root Beer. Cook until you can pull the pork apart, 6-8 hours. Remove pork from crock pot and shred. Add BBQ sauce and root beer mixture to pulled pork, adjust amount to your taste.
Serve on hamburger buns. Even better topped with cole slaw and sliced pickles!

Any pork roast will do because it will be in the crock pot and will tenderize. The cheaper cuts you might have to cook longer.
