1 bundle Asparagus
1 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped or pressed
fresh ground pepper to taste
juice and zest from half a lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Break or cut tough end off asparagus and discard. Put asparagus on ungreased cookie sheet. Add Olive Oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Toss until coated and bake for around 7-10 minutes or until desired texture.
