1 lb Ground Beed (80/20)
1 1/2 tbsp. Grated butter
Lowry salt

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly mix grated butter into ground beef. Form into 3-4 patties. Sprinkle both sides with Lowry salt to taste. Refrigerate while waiting for grill to heat up. Grill to desired doneness . Remove from grill, cover lightly, and let rest 2-5 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with your favorite toppings!

I weigh out my hamburger meat to make sure patties are even and uniform. Then I press the meat into a large, round cookie cutter to shape my patties.
