1 lb ground beef
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
½ onion, chopped
2 cans crushed or diced tomatoes
2 cans ranch style beans (do not drain)
1 pkg frozen whole kernel corn
10 tamales (frozen or canned)
garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef along with bell pepper and onion. Add rest of ingredients (except tamales) and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer. Slice tamales in 1 inch slices and add to ground beef mixture - try not to stir too much. May need to add a can or so of water if mixture is too thick.
