Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box rotini pasta, cooked
1 red bell pepper, diced
grape tomatoes, cut in halves
1 can sliced black olives
mozzarella cheese, cut into thin stars ( I use small cookie cutter)
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Divide your pasta into thirds. Boil one third and color with red food gel coloring, one third in blue food gel coloring, and the other plain. (I use gel for a brighter color)

Combine all salad ingredients.

While pasta is cooking heat 4 to cloves cloves of garlic in olive oil. Remove garlic and pour over salad ingredients.

Chill and serve

You can also use Italian dressing instead of garlic and olive oil.
