1 ¼ cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup finely chopped pecans
¼ cup melted oleo
3 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
⅔ cup evaporated milk
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp vanilla
3 eggs
½ cup pecan halves

Soft topping:
1 cup dark corn syrup
¼ cup cornstarch
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and pecans. Stir in oleo. Press crumb mixture over bottom and 1½ inches up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Bake crust at 350 for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile in large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and 1 cup brown sugar until well combined. Add milk, flour, and 1½ tsp vanilla. Beat well. Add eggs and beat until blended. Pour into baked crust. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until set. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Loosen sides and remove rim from pan. Cool completely. Arrange nut halves over cheesecake.

To serve, combine corn syrup, cornstarch, vanilla, and brown sugar in a saucepan. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir an additional 2 minutes. Cool slightly and spoon over cheesecake.
