2 T SUGAR
TSP SALT
1 PKG FLEISHMANS YEAST
CUP MILK
CUP WATER
2 TBLS BUTTER
1 EGG

Directions:
Directions:
MIX CUP FLOUR, SUGAR,SALT AND UNDISSOLVED YEAST. HEAT MILK, WATER
AND BUTTER TO 120 F. GRADUALLY ADD TO DRY INGREDIANTS AND BEAT 2 MIN
AT MED SPEED, ADD CUP FLOUR BEAT AT HIGH SPEED FOR 2 MIN. STIR IN
ENOUGH FLOUR TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH. KNEAD 2 TO 3 MIN ON FLOURED BOARD.
SHAPE INTO BALLS. PLACE IN GREASED 8 INCH ROUND PAN. LET RISE 30 MIN.

BAKE AT 375 FOR 20 TO 25 MIN
