1 6 OUNCE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE PIECES
2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1 EGG BEATEN
1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
BAG MINI MARSHMALLOWS
XXX SUGAR

Directions:
MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD EGG.
MIX WELL. COOL SLIGHTLY IN A LARGE BOWL MIX CHOCOLATE, MARSHMALLOWS AND
NUTS. DIVIDE MIXTURE IN HALF. ON WAXED PAPER SPRINKLE XXX SUGAR. SHAPE EACH
HALF INTO AN 8 INCH LOG.SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL XXX SUGAR AND WRAP IN THE
WAXED PAPER. CHILL SEVERAL HOURS AND SLICE TO SERVE.
