Pork or veal tenderloin
Beef chuck roast
Egg
Breadcrumb
Bullion cubes
Yellow or White onions (chopped)
Oil
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 400º

Chunk desired amount of pork or veal tenderloin and beef chuck roast into 1 inch pieces. Skewer meat, alternating beef with pork or veal. Dunk skewers in egg, then into plain breadcrumb. Heat frying pan with enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Brown on all sides. Place meat in roasting pan, then add enough water to fill half of pan. Add ___ bullion cubes and chopped onion.

Cover roasting pan and cook for approx. 1 hour or until tender.
