2 lb. ground beef
4 medium onions
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 small can 10.5 oz tomato sauce (Hunts)
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cumin
2 dashes worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perins)
1 pt. tomato juice
1 pt. water
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
oyster crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet. Brown and drain ground beef.
Grind browned meat in blender/processor with liquids until finely chopped. Return the meat mixture to the skillet and simmer for 1-2 hours.

Serve over thin spaghetti or on a hot dog. Garnish with cheese, onion, and/or kidney beans.
*hand grinding the cheese makes it taste especially good!
