2/3 cup celery slices
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 pound Velveeta, cubed
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter; blend in flour. Add tomato, chicken, Velvetta and basil; stir until cheese melts. Serve over rice. Yield: 4 servings.
