4 chicken breasts, boiled or one whole chicken, chopped into bite-size pieces
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 stick butter
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and debone chicken. Mix together cayenne pepper, soup and sour cream. Melt butter. Stir together crushed Ritz crackers and poppy seeds. Layer chicken and soup mixture in a 9 X 12 baking dish. Top with cracker crumb mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350º or until casserole is bubbly.
