2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease a loaf pan and line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper to aid in the removal of the cooked loaf.

Mash together bananas and eggs. Add and mix by hand: flour, sugar, vegetable oil, buttermilk, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.

Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hours and 20 minutes, or until done.
