1 1/2 lbs. of large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
3 ears of corn - cut into 4 pieces each
1 lb. conecuh or anduille sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
1 lb. new potatoes leave whole if small or cut in half if needed
3 lemons - thinly sliced
1 stick of butter
Old Bay shrimp boil seasoning

Make 8 squares of foil approx. 12 inches long. In a large bowl mix together corn, sausage, and new potatoes. Divide evenly into the center of the 8 squares of foil. Layer shrimp on the top. Add 1 T. of butter to each along with a couple of lemon slices. Sprinkle generously with Old Bay Seasoning. Fold foil over the top and crimp the packets shut. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 425 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
