1 8 oz bag of puffed corn
1 c butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2. Spread corn puffs in a large roasting pan.
3. Bring butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until mixture foams up. Keep stirring!
4. Pour over corn puffs and toss well using a rubber spatula.
5. Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Leave in oven until it looks like all the puffed corn is coated.
6. Remove from oven and spread puffed corn on a waxed paper to cool. When cool, break apart and transfer to an airtight container for storage. (LOL! You won't be storing this for long---you'll eat it pretty fast!)
