1 lb. regular Jimmy Dean sausage (or your choice)
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a skillet until done. Add flour, salt and pepper to sausage. Stir until sausage is coated with flour and any fat has been absorbed. Allow to cook until bubbly. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Simmer on a low heat for approx. 10 minutes or until thick. Gravy will get thicker as it cools. Serve over your favorite biscuit.
