2 TB butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, finely diced
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 package of refrigerated biscuits---10 biscuits
flour
salt / pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker. (I used the liners to make clean-up a breeze!) Fill with enough water to cover the ingredients.
2. Cook for 5-6 hours on High.
3. About 30 minutes before serving, slice the biscuits in half to make a thinner "dumpling", pat with flour to keep them from sticking together, and drop into the slow cooker. Cook for another 30 minutes.
