1 8oz can of whole corn (drained)
1 8oz can of creamed corn
1 8.5 ounce box of Jiffy corn bread mix.
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup of grated Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the beaten eggs, cornbread mix, corns, sour cream, butter and salt and pepper.
Spread into 11X7 Pyrex pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top.
Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
