9 c Rice Chex or Corn Chex
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 c powdered sugar

Directions:
1. In a 1 quart microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
2. Measure cereal into a large, large bowl. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Stir gently, or the cereal will break into really small pieces. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food storage plastic bag. You don't have to pour all of it---do this a couple of times.
3. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well-coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
