2 lbs lean hamburger meat
1 dry pkg of onion soup mix
1 cup Panko
3 eggs
1 bottle of chili sauce
1 individual bottle of water
1 cup brown sugar, not packed
1 small can of sauerkraut (drained)
1 can whole cranberry sauce.
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl mix together the hamburger, dry soup mix, Panko and 3 eggs. Mix by hand.
Make small, meatballs by hand, set aside.
Mix together chili sauce, water, brown sugar, drained sauerkraut and cranberry sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put the meatballs in a casserole with the sauerkraut/cranberry mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for two hours.
Also can be cooked in a slower cooker 4 to 5 hours.
