1 package of Oreos (grind in blender)
1/8 c margarine
1 8 oz package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 c powdered sugar
3.5 c milk (don't use skim)
2 small packages of INSTANT vanilla pudding (make sure you get the INSTANT)
12 oz Cool Whip (thaw this in the refrigerator--you'll probably buy it frozen)

1. Mix margarine, cream cheese, and sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, mix milk, pudding, and Cool Whip.
3. Blend two mixtures.
4. Then, layer this mixture with the crumbled cookies in a large serving bowl.
