1 1/2 sticks butter - softened
1 1/2 flour
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large tub cool whip
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

chocolate curls, toasted coconut, or chopped pecans for top

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour into butter. Pat into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake crust in 350 oven for 30 minutes until lightly golden brown. Cool on rack. Whip together 1/2 of cool whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Spread over crust. Mix pudding with milk until slightly thick. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let set for 5 minutes. Spread remaining cool whip on top. Finish with topping of your choice.
