Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

1.5 c crushed Oreos (use the blender or a handy chopper)
4 TB melted butter
12 oz package of Nestle semi-sweet chocolate MINI morsels

Filling:
2 packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 c sugar
1 TB vanilla
2 large eggs
2 TB flour
3/4 c EVAPORATED milk (NOT CONDENSED)
1/2 c sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and mix up. Then, press this into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. (Sometimes the cheesecake sticks, so I'm going to try spraying the inside of the springform pan with cooking spray in the future.)
3. Sprinkle with 1 c of the mini-morsels---save the other cup for the top of the cheesecake.

4. Next, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs and flour. Then, gradually beat in evaporated milk and sour cream.
5. Pour this over the crust in the springform pan. Sprinkle top with the remaining chocolate chips.

6. Bake for 25 minutes. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for an additional 30-40 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves SLIGHTLY. Refrigerate immediately. Chill for 2 hours---then remove side of springform pan.
