3 c. AP Flour
1 pkg. Dry Yeast
1 c. Warm Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast, and sugar in warm water. Set aside 10 minutes. Blend in flour, salt, and oil. Knead for 5 to 6 minutes. Let rise until doubled (about 1 to 1½ hours) at room temperature. Divide, roll out and shape to fit 2 (12 inch) pizza pans.

For crisp crust, bake at 350º for 12 minutes for about 12 minutes on lowest rack. For soft pizza, bake at 350º for 15 to 18 minutes on middle rack of oven.
