1 cup dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon ground fennel
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika

4 racks baby back ribs
"The Jank" barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking pans with foil.
Make the dry rub and sprinkle over ribs on pans, pressing and patting firmly.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Have "The Jank" barbeque sauce on hand.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Roast ribs for 2 hours and pour off excess liquid from pans.

Preheat broiler.
Brush ribs with barbeque sauce and broil for about 10 minutes, turning once or twice and basting with sauce.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with more barbeque sauce on the side.
