2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 C milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 C Oats
1/2 C diced onion
1 envelope dry Ranch Dressing mix
1/2 C ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, onion, ranch pack, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oats. and ketchup. Mix it all together with your hands. This is always the best way to mix a lot of ingredients together. Mound in a greased crockpot. ( use crock pot liners) Cover the top of the mixture with additional ketchup. Put the cover on and turn crockpot on high for 15 minutes, then reduce to low and cook for 7 hours.

This has a great flavor but mine never comes out in one piece. It falls apart. Also, it may not take all of 7 hours to cook. You'll know when it's done.
