3 pounds beef chuck roast
4 cloves garlic, minced
16 ounce jar pepperoncini
1 teaspoon chicken broth seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker.
Add garlic, chicken seasoning and pepperoncini.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred with 2 forks.

To make gourmet sandwiches:
Spread soft hoagie rolls with butter and toast or broil for about 1 minute.
Spread horseradish sauce on rolls.
Fill with shredded pepperoncini beef.
Top with stir fried onions and green peppers.
Cover with slice of provolone cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted.

To make quesadillas:
Butter 10 inch flour tortillas.
Place buttered tortilla on heated pan on stove.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cover with shredded pepperoncini beef.
Top with stir fried onions.
Cover with more mozzarella and another tortilla.
Flip and brown quesadilla on both sides.
