Ingredients:  
4 lb. Beef Brisket
2 Onions, sliced
1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Catsup & Water (about 1/2 Cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions underneath meat (fat side up)

Sprinkle with soup mix, catsup and water over meat

Cover and bake for 3 hours at 350º

Let cool, Slice & place back in pan with juices.

Cook uncovered on low heat for about 30 minutes.
