1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 pound beef flank steak or tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 green onions, sliced
sugar snap peas
carrots, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in plastic bag.
Add marinade ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Heat oil and stir fry sugar snap peas, carrots and green onions.
Remove from heat.
Stir fry beef.
Add vegetables back to pan, mix and serve.
