1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. Dry Bread crumbs
1-1/4 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil

Barbecue Dip:

1/4 Cup Minced Onion
2 Tbsp. Butter or Oleo
4 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 tsp. Horseradish
Dash Tobasco Sauce
4-1/2 oz. can ripe Olives, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Egg, add bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and onion. Let stand a minute or two.

Blend in beef and shape into small bite-size balls.

Brown in oil

Serve with barbecue sauce as a dip
