4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1-1/2 Cups Oil
4 tsp. Almond Extract

6 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Pecan's (Chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil & almond extract.

Add remaining ingredients.

Make 6 or 7 logs, place on a greased cookie sheet

Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes

Cool for about 10 minutes and cut into slices about 1/2" TO 3/4" thick

Put back on cookie sheets and bake at 400 for another 5 minutes.
