4 filet of seabass
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 T extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup white wine
½ tsp butter (optional)

1 yellow pepper sliced very thin
1 red pepper sliced very thin
½ small onion diced
1 clive of minced garlic
1 roma tomato diced
2 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the pepper with the onion, garlic and diced tomatoes in 2 T extra virgin olive oil cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Set aside.

Season the Seabass with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper .Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the Seabass until golden. Add the white wine and let evaporate. Cook for 5 minutes. Combine the sautéd peppers with the Seabass add a small piece of butter if you wish and serve.
