3 pounds chuck roast
6 ounces pepperoncini
6 ounce jar pepperoncini juice
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 package Hidden Ranch buttermilk ranch dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
Cook on low until roast is fork tender, about 8 hours.
Pull chuck roast apart with 2 forks and keep warm until serving.
