16 oz. Lit’l Smokie sausage
12 oz. bacon
1¾ cup brown sugar light or dark

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon strips into 3 equal pieces. Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage link. Place the sausage links with the open end of the bacon down and stack in a 3 quart or larger crockpot. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the bacon wrapped links between each layer. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. If necessary move the links around to allow the top layer to cook. Switch crockpot to the WARM setting to keep the smokies warm for serving.
