2 lb lean ground beef, or cubed stew meat
1 bag Chili Seasoning Mix (Mc Cormick) = ⅓ cup
1 - 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes with green pepper, celery and onioins
2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 - 16 oz can black beans; drained
1 - 15 oz can small red beans; undrained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown graound beef; drain well. Place into large dutch oven or pan. Sprinkle evenly with Chili Seasoning Mix and sauté for 1 minute.

2. Stir in remainig ingredients. Bring to a boil over med-high heat.

3. Cover, reduce heat to low; simmer for 15 minutes.


We serve chili with chopped fresh tomaotes, sour cream and fresh cornbread! Cannot beat it!!
