1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup sour cream
1 cup prunes (baby food jar)
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Serve with whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350º -- Prepare a tube pan

Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, prunes and the rest of the dry ingredients, except the chopped pecans.

Blend thoroughly with hand mixer. With a spoon mix in the chopped pecans.

Pour into prepared tube pan and bake for 1 hour.

Allow to cool, remove from pan and chill.

Serve cold with whipping cream.
