Crust:
1 cup flour
cup powdered sugar
stick butter (1 sticks) softened
Filling:
4 eggs
1 cups granulated sugar
cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons flour
2 to 3 teaspoons lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.
Spray 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray, butter or lard.
Combine crust ingredients in bowl on low speed of mixer. When mixture is crumbly press evenly into pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven.
Beat together filling ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Pour mixture evenly over warm baked crust.
Return to oven and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until filling is set and bars are brown around edges.
Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
