Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken, cut into small pieces
1 ½ cups chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 ½ cup red grapes, sliced in half
2 green onions, chopped
juice of 1 small lemon
1 cup mayonaise
¼ cup sour cream or ranch dressing
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
I like to use rotisserie chicken. Pulling off all the meat from a 4-5# chicken makes about 4 cups of meat. After slicing grapes, turn them cut side down on a paper towel to absorb juices. This keeps salad from becoming watery. Mix all ingredients together. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for an hour before serving with crackers or bread.
