2# frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
cup butter, melted
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except hash brown potatoes in a large bowl. Add hash browns mixing well. Put into 13x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Can be topped with cup melted butter and 2 cups crushed cornflakes or cover with extra cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
