Salmon 6oz.

Sourdough 2 slices

Garlic Aioli 2oz.

Tomato 2 slices

Bacon 3 slices

Fresh Greens .5oz.

Fries 6oz.

Pickles 3ea.

Coat sizzle platter with non-stick cooking spray and place 6 oz. sliced salmon pieces on sizzle platter. Place sizzle platter in oven set at 475º for 6 mins, until cooked. Drop 6 oz. of fries in fryer cook until crisp, using say-a-day to degrease. Butter sourdough and place on flat grill to toast. After toasting sourdough, build sandwich using .5 oz of fresh greens, and 2 slices tomatoes. Place cooked salmon on top of greens and tomatoes, top with 3 slices bacon and drizzle with garlic aioli. Cut sandwich in half placing at 12 O'clock on medium rectangle. Place fries at 6 O'clock on plate and serve immediately.
