½ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 tbsps Milk
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 ripe Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar and add egg then beat.
2. Add dry ingredients and milk then mix. Add mashed bananas and mix.
3. Bake in loaf pan for one hour in moderate oven. Add chocolate chips if desired. Also bakes nicely as muffins.
