1-1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/4 by one-inch strips
1 Tablespoon chopped ginger (from a jar)
2 teaspoons minced garlic (from a jar)
1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables such as Birds Eye asparagus stir-fry

Add remaining oil, ginger, and garlic to work. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, then add soy mixture; cook until mixture boils.
