2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp ground cumin
1 ts[ granulated garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp granulated onion or onion powder
1 ts[ fresh ground black pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a small covered container. Nice not-too-spicy blend that will add a Mexican flavor to your cooking!
