1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup shredded Jack cheese
Spinach, ham, leftover vegetables, extra cheese, bacon, salsa, black beans...etc.
(Your filling possibilities are endless.)

Preheat oven to 350. Remove crust from packaging and set aside.
In large bowl, whisk eggs, cream and spices until frothy and slightly thickened. Add whatever filling you want to the piecrust BEFORE adding your egg mixture. Sprinkle cheese across top of mixture and place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Quiche is done when the top is golden brown and the center is set.
