1 lb regular pork sausage such as Jimmy Dean Regular
5 to 6 canned buttermilk biscuits
2 large eggs
3 oz cream cheese, softened
Shredded extra sharp cheddar
Directions:
Directions:
Prep muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Brown sausage; drain grease. Flatten each biscuit with rolling pin between waxed paper sheets. Line greased muffin tin with each biscuit. Combine eggs and cream cheese with hand mixer or in blender. Fill each muffin cup. Spoon sausage evenly into each cup. Top each with cheese. Bake until golden brown.
