Maddie's Meatball Mixture
6 bell peppers, cored
Locatelli cheese
Fresh Parsley
About 2 cups tomato gravy

Directions:
Directions:
1. First make Maddie's Meatball mixture, but do not form into balls and cook. Add a little more fresh parsley to mixture.
2. Sprinkle a little cheese into each of the peppers.
3. Stuff peppers with mixture.
4. Place peppers in baking pan and pour gravy over peppers.
5. Cover and bake at 350F for about an hour, or until peppers are soft, but not burned.
